Warning: Removal and installation of the rear door window regulator are fundamentally no different.
Removal
1. Remove the window frame with the window lifter from the door, refer to the relevant Section.
2. Lower the glass (4) down.
3. Unscrew the bolts (5) and remove the glass from the window lifter (2).
4. Unscrew the bolts (3) and remove the window lifter (2) from the window frame (1).
Installation
1. Secure the window lifter to the window frame with torque 6 Nm. When doing this, make sure that both guide rails (arrow A) run parallel to the guide (arrow B).
2. Insert the glass into the window regulator and tighten the bolts (5) by hand.
