1. When changing the oil, first check the oil level as described above. After that, substitute a bath under the car. It is advisable to preheat the engine to operating temperature, in which case the oil heats up and liquefies, so it drains completely.
2. Unscrew the plug at the bottom of the gearbox, drain the oil and let it drip off. Screw in the plug with a new seal and tighten it.
3. When changing the oil, a funnel, hose or grease gun will help you. True, pouring too thick oil through the side hole requires patience.
4. Wait a while for the oil level to settle. Thoroughly clean the plug, lubricate the sealing surfaces of the plug with sealant. Screw in the plug and tighten it to 25 Nm. Lower the car to the ground.
