Headlights
Withdrawal
1. Disconnect the wiring connector at the rear of the headlight (pic. 9.1).
2. As described in paragraph 7, remove the nearest turn signal.
3. Remove the headlight mounting bolts - one at the bottom edge and two along the top edge of the headlight to the front cross member.
4. Move the headlight to the side to unhook the retainer at its lower edge.
5. Raise the headlight, tilt it forward and pull it out of the front panel (pic. 9.5).
Installation
6. Installation - reverse procedure. Check the operation of the headlight and adjust the beam direction as soon as possible (see below).

7. Remove the headlight as described above.
8. Turn the motor (clockwise in the left headlight, counterclockwise in the right headlight) until it is released from the headlight housing.
9. Tilt the motor to the side so that the pivot on the adjusting shaft disengages from the socket on the deflector. Remove motor (pic. 9.9).

10. Installation - reverse procedure. It may be necessary to lift the reflector to align the motor swivel (pic. 9.10). Check the engine for proper operation and adjust the headlights as soon as possible.

11. Fine adjustment is possible only with the use of special equipment - this work should be entrusted to specialists of a car dealership or a suitably equipped workshop.
12. For reference, adjust the direction of the match of the headlights with the adjusting screws and, which are accessible at the top of each headlight (pic. 9.12).
13. Some models are equipped with an electric headlight beam control, with a switch control on the front panel. When adjusting the headlights with screws in these models, first set the switch to the basic position ("ABOUT").
Xenon headlights
14. The direction of the headlights is adjusted by the electronic control unit, which receives signals from the car's ride height sensors installed in the front and rear suspensions. To carry out the adjustment, you must contact the specialists of the dealer car service.
