Note: Replace the sealing gaskets each time the cylinder head is removed.
Install a new cylinder head gasket with the "oben" ("top") mark facing the plane of the head.
Insert bolts 8 and 10 (see photo) into the cylinder head holes or screw the mounting studs into the holes for these bolts in the cylinder block, then install the cylinder head.

Note: Bolts 8 and 10 must be screwed in first, since the holes for them in the cylinder head and its gasket have a smaller diameter than the holes for the other bolts.
Install new washers and cylinder head bolts.
Gradually tighten the cylinder head mounting bolts, following the order shown (see photo), in four steps:
- 1st reception: 4 kgf·m;
- 2nd reception: 6 kgf·m;
- 3rd reception: 7.5 kgf·m;
- step 4: Turn 90° further.
Further installation of the cylinder head is carried out in the reverse order of removal. After installation of the cylinder head, fill the engine cooling system with coolant. Connect the wire to the negative terminal of the battery. Start the engine and check its operation, and if necessary, adjust the ignition timing. engine idle speed, valve clearances.
