Oil pump and lower part of oil pan 1. Oil pan; 2. Bolt: replace; 3. Bolt: self-locking; replace; 8 Nm + 90°; 4. Oil separator; 5. Oil pump: do not disassemble; with 11 bar pressure reducing valve and 3.5 bar pressure regulating valve; 6. Bolt: 23 Nm; 7. Centering bushings; 8. Oil pump drive shaft; 9. Leash; 10. Pressure spring; 11. Axial lock washer; 12. Oil pump sprocket; mounting position: side with inscription facing the engine; 13. Bolt: hold the sprocket with a "3212" trunnion wrench to loosen it; 60 Nm; if the bolt cannot be tightened to torque, remove the lower part of the oil pan and the baffle plate and hold the oil pump drive shaft with an open-end wrench to prevent it from turning; 14. Sealing cuff: replace; 15. Oil drain plug: 30 Nm; 16. Sealing cuff: replace; 17. Nut: 9 Nm; 18. Oil level and temperature sensor "G266"

Replace the bolts for the lower part of the oil pan "arrow". Tighten the bolts in a crisscross pattern in 3 stages as follows.


  • 1. Pre-tighten to 5 Nm.
  • 2. Tighten to 8 Nm.
  • 3. Turn 90° further.

Connect plug connector "1" of the oil level and temperature sensor "G266".
