Remove toothed belt for main drive.
Remove bolt -1- and remove toothed belt tensioner for main drive. Check position "TDC" Camshaft: The flattened tooth on the toothed belt sprocket -1- for the crankshaft must align with the mark -arrow- on the oil pump housing.
Turn the crankshaft slightly against the direction of engine rotation. To the right of the sheared tooth -A- of the toothed belt gear, the 3rd tooth -arrow- must align with the mark on the oil pump housing. In this crankshaft position, one of the cams is at the top, which makes it easier to install the oil pump. Remove oil pan.
Remove screws -arrows- and remove intake manifold.
Unscrew bolt -arrow- and remove drive pulley for toothed belt of main drive. Unscrew the bolt and remove the toothed belt gear for the crankshaft.
Remove bolts -1...5- and remove oil pump housing.
Installation
One of the 4 cams -arrow- is on top of the crankshaft. Replace seal and bolts for oil pump housing.
Install the hexagon socket screw from the sealing tool. rings -3083- with assembly tool -T10022- onto crankshaft and hand-tighten. Fit seal for oil pump housing onto dowel pins -A-.
Position oil pump rotor with mark -arrow A- on alignment mark -arrow B- on oil pump housing. Lubricate the crankshaft cams with oil. Lightly coat the lip of the oil pump seal with oil. Carefully install the oil pump on the crankshaft cam. If necessary, align the rotor with the cam by turning the oil pump slightly. Carefully slide the oil pump housing onto the dowel sleeves. Installation is in reverse order, while it is necessary to install the oil pan, idler and overrunning rollers for the main drive toothed belt.
