1 - hex bolt. Tightening torque 45 Nm + turn 55 Nm. The bolt must be replaced after each dismantling
2 - gasket washer
3 - M10x62 bolt with a hexagonal head. To be replaced after each disassembly
4 - rear upper arm. It is attached with a ball joint to the support bracket and is removed together with the bracket during dismantling. The ball joint must be replaced if worn or damaged
5 - a bolt with a six-sided head. Tightening torque 5 Nm. Tightening is carried out until the head fits
6 - coupling bolt for fastening to the steering knuckle of the ball joint of the tip of the transverse steering rod
7 - nut. To be replaced after each disassembly. Tightening torques 50 Nm
8 - bolt M 10x100 with a hexagonal head for fastening the upper arm to the steering knuckle
9 - nut of the coupling bolt for fastening to the steering knuckle of the ball joint of the tie rod end. Tightening torque 40 Nm. To be replaced after each disassembly
10 - upper front lever. It is attached with a ball joint to the support bracket and is removed together with the bracket during dismantling. The ball joint must be replaced if worn or damaged
11 - suspension strut
12 - bolt M12x1.5x120 with a hexagonal head. To be replaced after each disassembly
13 - lower guide arm with hydraulic support. If there are significant smudges on the support, then it should be replaced.
14 - nut. To be replaced after each disassembly. Tightening torque 110 Nm
15- knuckle
18 - shield
17 - M16 bolt with a hexagonal head. To be replaced after each disassembly. When it is tightened, the car must be on wheels. Pre-tightening is performed with a force of 120 Nm, and then, after the car is installed on the wheels, the bolt is tightened with a force of 200 Nm + 180°turn
18 - bolt with a head for a hex socket wrench. Tightening torque 10 Nm
19 - nut. To be replaced after each disassembly. Tightening torque 110 Nm
20 - bolt M12x1.5x85 with a hexagonal head
21 - nut. To be replaced after each disassembly. Tightening torque 90 Nm
22 - anti-roll bar. The arrow on the post must point in the direction of travel
23 - ribbed nut. To be replaced after each disassembly. Tightening torque 40 Nm + 90°turn
24 - bolt M12x1.5x100 with a hexagonal head. To be replaced after each disassembly
25 - carrier arm of the subframe and suspension strut. When dismantling, mark the mounting position of the ground clearance sensor
26 - bolt M12x1.5x140 with a hexagonal head. To be replaced after each disassembly Tightening torque 110 Nm + 90°turn (1/4 turn). The threaded hole under the body bolt can be repaired with a suitable insert
27 - bolt M10x70 with a hexagonal head. Tightening torque 75 Nm. To be replaced after each disassembly
28 - nut. Tightening torque 60 Nm. To be replaced after each disassembly
29 - clip of the anti-roll bar. Inserted into the support arms to be replaced after each disassembly
30 - subframe
31 - hex head bolt. The bolt must be replaced after dismantling. Tightening torque 30 Nm + 90°turn
32 - subframe support bracket
33 - nut. Tightening torque 70 Nm + turn 180° (1/2 turn). To be replaced after each disassembly
34 - nut. Tightening torque 70 Nm + turn 180° (1/2 turn). To be replaced after each disassembly
35 - drive shaft with CV joint Tripod
36 - M10x20 bolt with a head for a 12-sided socket wrench for fastening a half shaft with a Tripod CV joint. Tightening torque 70 Nm
37 - M10x62 bolt with a hexagonal head. To be replaced after each disassembly
38 - shock absorber support bracket upper arms
39 - nut. Tightening torque 50 Nm + 90°turn (1/4 turn). To be replaced after each disassembly
40 - bolt. Tightening torque 23 Nm. To be replaced after each disassembly
Attention! This nut has ribs on its underside. When replacing it, only an identical one should be installed.
Attention! Jacking the car by the subframe is not allowed.
