Removal and installation the servo spring



Remove the front panel trim on the driver's side.

Lightly press the clutch pedal "1" in the direction of the arrow. At the same time, press the mounting. clamp "T40025" above the compressed servo spring "2". Press the clutch pedal all the way down and remove the servo spring with the mounting clamp downwards.

Insert servo spring "2". The black side "arrow C" faces the clutch pedal. Press clutch pedal "1" all the way down and install servo spring "2" with mounting clamp "T40025". Return the clutch pedal to the rest position. In this case, remove the mounting. clamp with compressed servo spring. Install the footwell deflector. Install the driver's side dashboard trim.

Note: Lubricate all bearing points and contact surfaces with grease -G 000 450 02-.

12. Clutch pedal position sensor "G476": The clutch pedal position sensor "F36" and the clutch pedal position sensor for engine starting "F194" are combined; can only be replaced together with the clutch master cylinder.

Installation



Installation in reverse order. Lubricate all bearing points and contact surfaces with grease -G 000 450 02-. Insert clutch pedal "3", install bearing shaft "1" and secure it in "direction of arrow A". Locking tab "2" must engage on the pedal bracket. Install locking pin "4". The protrusion on the pin "arrow B" should enter the groove on the clutch pedal.

Installation in reverse order. Lubricate all bearing points and contact surfaces with grease -G 000…


Install the servo spring. Install the support bracket.
