Removal and installation the servo spring
Remove the front panel trim on the driver's side.
Remove the left footwell deflector.
Lightly press the clutch pedal "1" in the direction of the arrow. At the same time, press the mounting. clamp "T40025" above the compressed servo spring "2". Press the clutch pedal all the way down and remove the servo spring with the mounting clamp downwards.
Installation
Insert bearing shells "1" into the appropriate position.

Insert servo spring "2". The black side "arrow C" faces the clutch pedal. Press clutch pedal "1" all the way down and install servo spring "2" with mounting clamp "T40025". Return the clutch pedal to the rest position. In this case, remove the mounting. clamp with compressed servo spring. Install the footwell deflector. Install the driver's side dashboard trim.
Pedal assembly
Note: Lubricate all bearing points and contact surfaces with grease -G 000 450 02-.
1. Support bracket: with brake pedal.
2. Support sleeve.
3. Clutch pedal.
4. Clutch pedal stop.
5. Safety pin for main cyl. clutch.
6. Clutch pedal bearing axle.
7. Bearing insert: located in the clutch pedal.
8. Servo spring: black side facing the clutch pedal; take into account the different positions of the bearing in the bracket.
9. Bearing insert: take into account the different positions of the bearing in the bracket.
10. Gasket: replace.
11. Clutch master cylinder.
12. Clutch pedal position sensor "G476": The clutch pedal position sensor "F36" and the clutch pedal position sensor for engine starting "F194" are combined; can only be replaced together with the clutch master cylinder.
Removal and installation the clutch pedal
Remove the support bracket. Remove servo spring "2".
Remove locking pin "1". Remove bearing shaft "2" by lifting the locking tab "arrow A" while rotating the bearing shaft in the direction of "arrow B". Remove the bearing shaft and clutch pedal "3".
Installation
Installation in reverse order. Lubricate all bearing points and contact surfaces with grease -G 000 450 02-. Insert clutch pedal "3", install bearing shaft "1" and secure it in "direction of arrow A". Locking tab "2" must engage on the pedal bracket. Install locking pin "4". The protrusion on the pin "arrow B" should enter the groove on the clutch pedal.
Install the servo spring. Install the support bracket.
