Clutch drive repair (Audi A2)

Instructions. If the clutch master cylinder or slave cylinder must be replaced due to a suspected fault, the clutch drive must first be checked. Disconnect the ground wire from the battery. For vehicles with an encoded radio, observe the security code. Lubricate all bearing and contact surfaces with consistent grease. "G 052 142 A2". Make sure that brake fluid does not get into the footwell, the water drain box or the gearbox located underneath. If this does happen, clean the area thoroughly. Before working on the pedal assembly, remove the storage compartment on the driver's side.
