Removal



First, you need to check whether the car has a radio with coding. If yes, you should request a security code. Disconnect the ground wire from the battery with the ignition off.

Pull the safety mechanism on the switching cable and on the selection cable forward until it stops "arrow 1" and then lock it by moving left "arrow 2". Remove the locking washer "arrow 3" from the intermediate lever "A" and remove the intermediate lever. Remove the gearbox selector "B", then unscrew the nut "arrow 4".

Pull the clamp "A" of the pipe-hose line until it stops from the working cylinder. Pull the pipe-hose line "C" out of the master cylinder and plug it. Unscrew the bolts of the working cylinder "arrows". Remove the working cylinder.



Installation



Installation in reverse order, taking into account the lubrication of the ends of the pusher with grease containing MoS2. Fasten the slave cylinder to the gearbox "arrows". Press the locking bracket "A" until it stops. Insert the pipe-hose line "B" into the slave cylinder until it clicks. Install the shift parts on the gearbox. After installing the slave cylinder, bleed the clutch assembly. Adjust the gear shift mechanism.

Tightening torques:
  • Clutch slave cylinder to gearbox: 23 Nm
  • Gear shift lever to gearbox: 22 Nm 1)

1) Replace the nut.
