1. Release bearing. Do not wash the bearing, only wipe it. Replace bearings that make a loud noise, lubricate the contact point on the release lever with MoS2 grease. Remove and install together with the clutch release lever and guide sleeve
2. Bolt, 5 Nm and tighten by 90°, always subject to replacement
3. Clutch release lever. Remove and install together with the release bearing and guide sleeve. Lubricate the contact point on the ball joint with MoS2 grease
4. Spring latch. Fasten to the clutch release lever
5. Guide sleeve. Remove and install together with the release bearing and clutch release lever.
6. Primary shaft lip seal. Replace
7. Ball joint, 20 Nm, lubricate with plastic grease with MoS2
8. KP
9. Bolt, 23 Nm
10. Bracket
11. Working cylinder. Lubricate the ends of the pushrod with MoS2 grease

Turn the guide sleeve "3" approximately 90° in relation to the release bearing "2" in the direction of the "arrow" until the projections of the sleeve coincide with the cutouts "4" of the bearing. In this position, pull the guide sleeve out of the release bearing.

Installation in reverse order.

Press the locking tabs "arrows" and remove the release bearing "A" from the clutch release lever. To install, insert the release bearing "A" into the clutch release lever and press it until the locking tabs "arrows" click into place.
