1. Release bearing. Do not wash the bearing, just wipe it. Replace the noisy bearings, lubricate the contact point on the release lever with MoS2 grease. Remove and install together with clutch release lever and guide sleeve
2. Bolt, 5 Nm and tightened by 90°, must always be replaced
3. Clutch release lever. Remove and install together with release bearing and guide sleeve. Lubricate the contact point on the ball stud with MoS2 grease
4. Spring latch. Attach to clutch release lever
5. Guide sleeve. Remove and install together with release bearing and clutch release lever.
6. Lip seal of the input shaft. Replace
7. Ball pin, 20 Nm, grease with MoS2 grease
8. KP
9. Bolt, 23 Nm
10. Bracket
11. Working cylinder. Lubricate tappet ends with MoS2 grease
Removal and installation of the clutch release lever together with the release bearing and guide sleeve
Remove bolts -arrows-. Remove clutch release lever with release bearing and guide sleeve from input shaft and ball stud.
Installation in reverse order.

Turn guide sleeve -3- by approx. 90°in relation to release bearing -2- in direction of -arrow- until lugs on sleeve align with cutouts -4- in bearing. In this position, pull the guide sleeve out of the release bearing.

Press locking lugs -arrows- together and remove release bearing -A- from clutch release lever. To install, insert release bearing -A- into clutch release lever and press until lugs -arrows- snap into place.
