Gasket: replace. 6. Nut: 23 Nm. 7. Catalytic converter: protect from impacts and jolts. 8. Nut: 23 Nm. 9. Gasket: replace. 10. Intermediate muffler: with a detachable element; the detachable element must not be bent more than 10° - risk of damage; align the system. exhaust gas discharge without mechanical stress. 11. Double clamp, front: align the system before tightening. exhaust system without mechanical stress, tighten the connections evenly. 12. Nut: 23 Nm. 13. Bolt: 23 Nm. 14. Clamp bracket. 15. Exhaust pipe: installed at the factory with the main muffler as one piece. In case of repair, it is replaced separately. 16. Suspension mount: replace if damaged; check pre-tension. 17. Nut: replace, 20 Nm. 18. Rear clamp: for replacing the middle and rear mufflers separately; align the system before tightening. exhaust gas discharge without mechanical stress; tighten the connections evenly. 19. Nut: 23 Nm. 20. Nut: replace, 23 Nm. 21. Bolt: 23 Nm. 22. Suspension mount: replace if damaged; check pre-tension.
Neutralizer hanger mounting parts
1. Nut, 23 Nm. 2. Expansion sleeve. 3. Pressure spring. 4. Washer. 5. Bolt. 6. Bolt, 23 Nm. 7. Spacer sleeve. 8. Buffer. 9. Pad. 10. Bolt, 23 Nm. 11. Bracket.
Exhaust manifold
1. Nut: replace; apply heat-resistant paste to the threads; heat-resistant paste. 2. Heat shield bracket. 3. Exhaust manifold. 4. Gasket: replace. 5. Heat-insulating shield. 6. Bolt: 10 Nm. 7. Lambda probe: before the neutralizer. 8. Catalyst. 9. Nut: replace; apply heat-resistant paste to the threads; heat-resistant paste, 23 Nm. 10. Gasket: replace.
Left exhaust manifold - last and tightening torque
Replace the nuts. Lubricate the threads of the nuts with heat-resistant paste for bolts. Tighten the nuts in 3 stages in the specified order.

Right exhaust manifold - last and tightening torque
Replace the nuts. Lubricate the threads of the nuts with heat-resistant paste for bolts. Tighten the nuts in 3 stages in the specified order.

Secondary air supply system
1. Nut: 9 Nm. 2. Rubber-metal support. 3. Secondary air pump motor "V101": connect the plug connector to the bracket; check in Guided Fault Finding. 4. O-rings: replace. 5. Secondary air supply hose. 6. Mounting clamp. 7. Sealing ring: replace. 8. Gasket: replace. 9. Bolts: 9 Nm. 10. Vacuum hose. 11. Right secondary air supply combination valve. 12. Bolt: 9 Nm. 13. - 14. Sealing ring: replace. 15. Secondary air supply hose. 16. Bolt: 9 Nm. 17. Left secondary air injection combination valve. 18. Vacuum hose. 19. Bolts: 9 Nm. 20. Gasket: replace. 21. Bolt: 9 Nm. 22. Secondary air hose bracket. 23. Sealing ring: replace. 24. Secondary air supply hose. 25. Bracket: for secondary air pump motor "V101". 26. Bolt: 9 Nm.
Secondary air injection combination valve heat shield - tightening torque
Tighten the heat shield "arrow" bolts "1" to a torque of 9 Nm.
