Washer reservoir, washer hose, nozzle
1. Right nozzle.
2. Right mount: for injector and headlight.
3. Washer hose: for the right nozzle; secured with a binder to the bumper.
4. Left mount: for injector and headlight.
5. Washer reservoir.
b. Headlight cleaner "V11".
7. Sealing bushing: system pump. headlight cleaning "V11".
8. Water hose: from headlight washer pump "V11".
9. Washer hose: to the nozzles.
10. Left nozzle.
11. Washer hose: for left nozzle.
12. Bumper.
Removal and installation of the headlight washer pump "V11"
Remove the windshield washer reservoir, but only remove it far enough to access the "V11" headlight washer pump. Place a collecting container under the washer reservoir. Disconnect plug connection "1". Remove washer hose "3" from headlight washer pump "V11". Lift headlight washer pump "V11" "pos. 2" out of the windshield washer reservoir.
Installation in reverse order. Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the appropriate series. Check the seal. bushing for damage. Installing the windshield washer reservoir.
Removal and installation headlight cleaning system nozzles
Remove the air intake grille. Open the cover plate for injector "7." Unlock injector "5" by pressing in the retaining springs "4, 6" with a narrow screwdriver. Press the nozzle out of the mount "3" "arrow" with a backward movement.
Clamp the washer fluid hose "1" with clamp "3094".
Remove hose "2" by pulling release button "1." If the vehicle's equipment does not allow the nozzle to be removed using the method described above, the corresponding headlight housing must be removed. Remove the headlight housing.
Installation in reverse order. The spring latches "3" and "4" of the injector "2" can only be latched with an audible click if the side guide "1" is correctly seated in the mount "5".
Install the air intake grille.
