Wiring diagram for high beam assist, air humidity sensor, and lane departure warning system
1. Front cover: used housing for assistant, high beam "J844" with rain and light sensor "G399".
2. Upper cover: used high beam assistant "J844".
3. Interior rearview mirror. type: Configuration with used high beam assist "J844" with rain and light sensor "G399"; used high beam assistant "J844" with rain and light sensor "G399" is built into the interior mirror, in case of malfunction it cannot be replaced separately.
4. Upper cover: used lane keeping assist "J759".

Removal and installation the G355 air humidity sensor - vehicles without high beam assist
Vehicles with lane departure warning system: Disconnect cover "1" from the top of the "arrow" mirror base. Use a screwdriver to disconnect the cover from the bottom of the mirror base and remove it.
Cars without lane keeping assist: Lift up trim "1" at the top of the rearview mirror heel. arrow type.

Remove the connector from the bracket. Disconnect plug connection "2". Turn the interior mirror on bracket "1" counterclockwise "arrow" until it stops. Remove the interior mirror from the bracket.
Slightly stretch the cover "1" on both sides of the "arrow" and remove it from the mount "2" of the interior mirror.
Disconnect plug connection "2". Using a small screwdriver "3", carefully press the air humidity sensor "G355" "pos. 4" out of the cover "1" "arrow" and simultaneously pull it upwards.
Installation in reverse order. Insert the "G355" air humidity sensor precisely into the side guides. If the "G355" air humidity sensor is not mounted correctly, the cover will not be able to be installed. Install interior mirror.

Vehicles with lane departure warning system: Disconnect cover "1" from the top of the "arrow" mirror base. Use a screwdriver to disconnect the cover from the bottom of the mirror base and remove it.
Cars without lane keeping assist: Lift up trim "1" at the top of the rearview mirror heel. arrow type.

Remove the connector from the bracket. Disconnect plug connection "2". Turn the interior mirror on bracket "1" counterclockwise "arrow" until it stops. Remove the interior mirror from the bracket.
Unlock fasteners "1" and "2" with screwdriver "3". Remove the back cover "4".
Unlock the "arrow" fasteners and carefully slightly bend the top cover "2" upwards. Release the fasteners "1" of the front cover "3". Remove the top cover.
Release the fasteners "in the direction of the arrow" and release the front cover "2" downwards from the guides on the interior mirror mount "1".
Unlock the retainers "2" arrow — and remove the air humidity sensor "G355" "pos. 4" from the interior mirror retainer "1". Disconnect the plug connection "3".
Installation in reverse order. Install interior mirror.
