Replacing the wiper blade

Fold the windshield wiper arm away from the rear. glass. Pull the blade "1" downwards out of the wiper arm "2" "arrow".





Installation in reverse order: the wiper blade should be noticeably fixed in the arm.

Removal and installation the windshield wiper arm

Turn on the ignition. Activate the rear wiper. glass and allow the wiper arm to move to the end position. Turn off the ignition. Carefully open the cap "arrow" and remove.



Carefully pull out the injector "2". Loosen the fastening nut "1" by 1 turn.



Place one M6 nut "4" on the fastening nut. Install the puller "T10369/1", as shown in the figure, on the windshield wiper arm "1". Install the mandrel "2" on the windshield wiper shaft. Rotate bolt "3" clockwise until the wiper arm moves away from the wiper shaft. Unscrew the nut completely and remove the wiper arm.





Installation in reverse order: adjust the wiper arm.

Adjusting the windshield wiper arm

Place the wiper arm with the blade installed on the wiper shaft and align the wiper blade on the rear window as shown below.



This dimension corresponds to the distance from the tip of the wiper blade to the lower edge of the glass. Tighten the wiper arm nut. Turn on the ignition. Activate the rear wiper. glass and allow the wiper arm to move to the end position. Check again and adjust the position of the wiper arm if necessary.

Removal and installation the rear window wiper motor "V12"

Remove the windshield wiper arm. Remove the lower trim of the trunk lid. Disconnect plug connection "2". Unlock locking clamp "arrow A" and disconnect water hose "3" from the injector pipe. Unscrew the nuts "arrow B" and remove the rear wiper motor. glass "V12" - pos. V.





Installation in reverse order. The washer tube should be noticeably fixed in the nozzle connection. Install the lower trunk lid trim. Adjust the windshield wiper arm.

Removal and installation the rubber seal

Remove the windshield wiper motor. Carefully remove the rubber seal from the trunk.

Installation in reverse order. Insert rubber seal "2" into rear window "1". Mark "3" should face up.



Install the wiper motor.
