  • 3 - Bolt, 45 Nm
  • 4 — Tension roller
  • 5 — Tensioner lever. Install washer (6)
  • 6 — Tensioner lever washer
  • 7 - Toothed belt
  • 8 - Screw, 45 Nm
  • 9 — Timing belt wheel, exhaust valve drive
  • 10 — Timing belt wheel, intake valve drive
  • 11 — Screw*, 10 Nm
  • 12 — Guide roller holder
  • 13 — Screw*, 10 Nm
  • 14 — Timing belt cover, rear right
  • 15 — Guide roller
  • 16 - Nut, 10 Nm
  • 17 - Screw, 10 Nm
  • 18 — Coolant pump
  • 19 — Sealing gasket*
  • 20 — Timing belt wheel, intake valve drive
  • 21 - Timing belt cover, rear left

  • 32 — Central bolt*, 200 Nm + 180°. Do not lubricate additionally
  • 33 — Timing belt tensioner
  • 34 - Screw, 10 Nm

  • 1 - Screw, 10 Nm
  • 2 - Screw, 10 Nm
  • 3 — Coolant pipe, front. To remove the timing belt cover, only screws (1) and (2) need to be unscrewed. The coolant hoses should not be disconnected
  • 4 - Timing belt cover, front right
  • 5 — Front left timing belt cover
  • 6 — Bushing
  • 7 - Screw, 6 Nm
  • Self-locking, be sure to replace.
  • 8 — Lower timing belt cover
  • 9 - Screw, 10 Nm
