Fluid level in the servo control reservoir (2) must be measured with the engine running. To do this, unscrew the cover (1) tank and look at the dipstick. The arrows show the marks.
Constant control
1. To check the fluid level, start the engine at idle.
2. Put the steering wheel straight.
3. Unscrew the cap (be careful, spring), wipe the dipstick with a clean cloth, without screwing it in, put the cap on the filler hole. Remove the cap again and check the dipstick for fluid level. It should be between the marks.
4. When topping up, the level should reach the mark «MAX».
5. In principle, loss of fluid indicates a leak in the hydraulic system. Therefore, in this case, do not just fill in hydraulic oil, but first find the leak!
