Caution: The gas actuator is very sensitive to bending and therefore requires special handling during installation. The slightest bending may lead to subsequent rupture during movement. Actuators that have ever been bent must not be installed.
Remove the air filter.
Remove the safety bracket -arrow-. Press the gas pedal fully and secure it in this position with a suitable board.
Press the throttle lever in the full throttle position and insert the protective bracket into the support so that the throttle lever has a gap of maximum 1 mm.
Install the air filter.
