Checking the transmission fluid level
1. To accurately check the fluid level, the transmission must be warmed up to normal operating temperature, usually approximately 10 km is sufficient for this.
2. With vehicle on the ground and select lever in 'P' position, apply parking brake, idle engine, remove and clean dipstick. Reinsert it and check that the fluid level is between the minimum and maximum marks. If necessary, add up to the maximum mark. The amount of liquid to raise the level from the minimum to the maximum mark is 0.23 liters. Take care not to spill.
