Air flow meter



1. Turn off the ignition, place a rag under the fuel inlet hose in the engine compartment, then loosen the connection and depressurize the system (photo).

2. Mark the position of each fuel line on the distributor and completely clean the surrounding area (photo). Disconnect the fuel lines.

3. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the air intake duct.

4. Remove the air filter element (Chapter 3).

5. Disconnect the wire contacts (where is it used).

6. Take out the air flow meter (photo).

Heating regulator

9. Identify each fuel line, then remove the bolts and disconnect the fuel lines.

10. Disconnect the wiring.

11. Unscrew the mounting bolts and remove the heating regulator

Throttle body housing



13. Disconnect the accelerator cable (Chapter 12).

14. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the air intake duct (photo).

15. Disconnect the throttle switch wiring.

16. Disconnect the auxiliary air hose.

17. Unscrew the nuts and remove the throttle body housing from the intake manifold. Remove the gasket.

18. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

Fuel injectors (except Mono-Jetromc)



19. See paragraph 1.

20. Remove the air duct (where is it used).

21.. Remove the fuel distribution line (where it is equipped), then unscrew the connecting nuts and disconnect the injector pipes.

22. Release the injectors from their inserts. Remove the O-rings.

23. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Moisten new O-rings with fuel before installation.
