1. Apply the parking brake, then jack up the front of the vehicle and support it on axle stands placed under the bottom.
2. Unscrew and remove the mudguard from under the engine.
3. Place a suitable container under the sump, then unscrew the plug and drain the engine oil. After clean, install and tighten the plug.
4. Support the weight of the engine with a winch.
5. Unscrew and remove the transmission front cover.
6. Unscrew the bottom nuts of the engine mounting bracket.
7. Support the front suspension cross member with a jack, then unscrew the front cross member mounting bolts and lower it slightly.
8. Unscrew and remove the pan bolts.
9. Remove the pan and gasket.
10. Clean the surface and alignment of the pan and block.
11. Position the new gasket on the pallet, then place it against the block and install the bolts. Do not use compound composition. Tighten the bolts in a diagonal sequence with a tightening torque specified specification.
12. The remaining procedure is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Fill the engine with oil.
