Remove some of the brake fluid from the reservoir using a syringe.
Manually move the caliper in the direction shown by the arrow in the photo, thereby pressing the piston into the cylinder.

Loosen the lower caliper mounting bolt, holding the guide pin by the edges with a wrench.

Raise the caliper up.

Remove worn brake pads and replace them with new ones.

Lower the caliper and tighten the mounting bolt to a torque of 3.5 kgf·m.
Press the brake pedal several times to set the pads to the working position.
