Removal
The gearbox is removed. Remove the sealing flange from the belt pulley side. Remove the lower cover of the drive chains. Remove the drive chain of the attachments. Secure the balance shaft at the front of the engine with the pin for the high-pressure fuel pump "3359". Loosen the bolt and remove the balance shaft from the balance shaft.
Unscrew the "arrow" bolts at the rear of the engine and remove the sprocket from the balancer.
Unscrew the bolt "arrow" on the back of the engine and remove the balancer from the balancer shaft.
Loosen the "arrow" bolts and remove the balance shaft bearing cover. Remove the balance shaft from the cylinder block.
Installation
Installation in reverse order. Crankshaft "1" is fixed in the "TDC" position using locking screw "3242". Install the drive chain of the auxiliary units. Install the lower cover of the drive chains. Install the sealing flange on the belt pulley side.
