Removal the timing chain (Audi Q5-8R)
Gearbox removed. Remove camshaft drive chains. Remove accessory drive chain. Press chain tensioner shoe "in the direction of arrow" and secure chain tensioner with locking pin "T40071". Risk of failure due to reverse running of already used drive chain. For reassembly, mark the direction of drive chain running with an arrow, use paint for this. Loosen bolt "1" and remove damper bar. Loosen bolts "2" and "3" and remove chain sprockets together with chain.
