P.I 1. Cylinder head cover gasket: replacement if damaged or leaking; 2. Cylinder head cover; 3. Sealing ring: replace; 4. Oil filler neck: to remove, lift the tab, turn the oil filler neck to the left and remove; 5. Sealing cuff; 6. Sealing cuff: replacement if damaged or leaking; 7. Lid; 8. Nut; 9. High pressure main: observe cleanliness standards; mark the compliance with the injection nozzles; do not change the bent shape; 10. Return fuel line: observe cleanliness standards; 11. Sealing ring: replace; 12. Bolt; 13. Clamp; 14. Nozzle: observe cleanliness standards; 15. Bolt: 5 Nm; 16. Bracket of the plug connector of the lambda probe "G39"; 17. Sealing ring: replace; 18. Copper sealing ring: replace; 19. Bolt: with seal; if damaged or leaking, replace the seal
Cylinder head cover - torque and tightening sequence
Tighten the cylinder head cover bolts "arrows" crosswise in stages (tightening torque 9 Nm).
