8.0. Power steering. Vehicles with 6-cylinder petrol engine:
1 - steering mechanism
2 - return hose
3 - connecting hose on the pipeline
4 - shield
5 - Power steering reservoir cap with dipstick
6 - hexagon head bolt for fastening the tank. Tightening torque 9 Nm
7 - power steering reservoir
8 - rubber cushion
9 - return line hose
10 - supply pipeline hose
11 - clamp
12 - clamp
13 - rubber bushing
14 - Hexagonal nut. Tightening torque 9 Nm
15- hydraulic fluid cooling radiator pipes
16 - bushing
17 - bolt. Tightening torque 9 Nm
18 - M5x12 bolts for fastening the power steering radiator with socket heads (T25). Tightening torque 5 Nm
19 - power steering pump feed line
20 - feeder hose. The "P" mark on the hose must match the notch on the pump branch pipe
21 - power steering pump. When installing, the pump should be filled with hydraulic fluid
22 - sealing ring. To be replaced after each dismantling
23 - connecting hollow bolt M16x1.5 of pressure pipeline
24 - connecting hose
25 - M8x16 hexagon head bolt. Tightening torque 7.5 Nm
26 - union nut. Tightening torque 40 Nm. When tightening the nut, the pipeline should be held from turning by the hexagon
27 - self-tapping screws. For fastening the shield
28 - shield
29 - flat nut for securing the shield
