Removal
1. Mark the position of the front wheel on the hub with paint. This will allow you to install the balanced wheel in its original position during assembly.
2. Loosen the wheel mounting bolts. The car should stand on its wheels.
3. Jack up the front of the car, place it on jack stands and, after unscrewing the mounting bolts, remove the front wheel.
4. Pull out the pins of the expansion clamps 6 and remove the clamps (see illustration).
6.4. Front mudguard:
1 - wing
2 - screw with a head for a T25 socket wrench. Tightening torque 1.5 Nm
3 - mudguard
4 - expansion clamp
5 - side threshold trim
6 - expansion clamp
5. Unscrew the screws 2 with a T25 key (see illustration 6.4).
6. Disconnect the fender liner from the wing and remove it.
Installation
The installation of the mudguard is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
