Removal and installation the center differential housing and center differential
Removal can be carried out even with the gearbox installed.
1. Bolt: 24 Nm;steel bolts (M8; length 63 mm); 2 pcs.
2. Central differential housing: depending on the version, with or without a torsional vibration damper.
3. Bolt: 10 Nm and turn further by 90°;aluminum bolts (M8; length 42 mm); 11 pcs.; always subject to replacement.
4. Pressure spring.
5. Disc spring: installation position: the convexity of the inner diameter faces the center differential housing.
6. Adjusting washer: for pre-tensioning the center differential ball bearing.
7. Central differential: repairs are only possible with the manufacturer.
8. Expansion sleeve.
9. Bearing shield: take into account installation. position to the gearbox cover.
10. Drive wheel/end gear.
