Unscrew plug 12 (Fig. 11–13) of the drain hole and drain the oil from the main reverse gear.

Unscrew the bolts and use a lever to remove flanges 9 and 18.

Unscrew the bolts and remove the cover of the 5th main gear.

Remove the differential from the crankcase.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following.

Install the differential into the housing.

Replace the sealing ring in the cover, lubricate the working edge of the ring with oil and install the cover on the crankcase.

Gradually screw in the cover mounting bolts diagonally and tighten them to a torque of 25 Nm.



Install the flanges and secure them with bolts.

Fill the final drive with oil and check the level.
