Ignition system
1. Bolt: 10 Nm. 2. Coil with output stage: Coil 1 with output stage "N70". Coil 2 with output stage "N127". Coil 3 with output stage "N291". Coil 4 with output stage "N292". 3. Spark plug: 30 Nm. 4. Bolt: replace, 20 Nm; the tightening torque affects the operation of the knock sensor. 5. Knock sensor I "G61": contacts are gold-plated. 6. Engine speed sensor "G28": check the seal. ring for damage. 7. Bolt: 10 Nm. 8. Bolt: 9 Nm. 9. Hall sensor "G40" and Hall sensor 3 "G300": check the seal. ring for damage.
Removal the knock sensor 1 "G61"
Disconnect the electrical connector from knock sensor 1 "G61" 2. Remove the coolant pump with thermostat. Knock sensor I "G61" is located inside the intake manifold behind the coolant pump.
Unscrew the knock sensor I "G61" "arrow".
Installation
Installation in reverse order. Install the knock sensor I "G61" in the correct position. Install the system pump. cooling with thermostat.
Removal and installation the engine speed sensor "G28"
Disconnect connector "1" from engine speed sensor "G28" "2". Unscrew the mounting screw "arrow".
Installation in reverse order.
