Lambda probes and exhaust gas temperature control system (CAMA, CAMB, CCWA, CCWB, CGKA, CGKB, CAPA)
1. Diesel particulate filter.
2. Lambda probe "G39" with lambda probe heating element "Z19": new lambda probes are lubricated with mounting paste; when using lambda probes, only the threads may be lubricated with heat-resistant paste; heat-resistant paste; mounting or heat-resistant paste should not get into the grooves of the lambda probe housing; 50 Nm.
3. Exhaust gas temperature sensor 1 "G235": installed only on vehicles with the following engines: CAPA, CCWA, CCWB; 45 Nm.
4. Turbocharger.
5. Exhaust gas temperature sensor: Exhaust gas temperature sensor 3 "G495" (CAMA, CAMB, CCWA, CCWB, CGKA, CGKB). Exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 "G448" (CAPA); 45 Nm.
6. Exhaust gas pressure sensor 1 "G450".
7. Bolt: 4.5 Nm.
8. Control line of the exhaust gas pressure sensor 1 "G450": pressure line to the particulate filter 45 Nm; secure the hose to the pressure sensor with a clamp; do not change the curved shape of the discharge pipe; install freely.
9. Exhaust gas temperature sensor: Exhaust gas temperature sensor 4 "G648" (CAMA, CAMB, CCWA, CCWB, CGKA, CGKB), exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 3, cylinder 1 "G496" (CAPA); 45 Nm.
