Exhaust gas temperature sensor
Vehicles without SCR catalyst
1. Diesel particulate filter.
2. Lambda probe "G39" with lambda probe heating element "Z19".
3. Exhaust gas temperature sensor 1 "G235": lubricate with heat-resistant paste; 45 Nm.
4. Turbocharger.
5. Exhaust gas temperature sensor: CAPA: Exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 "G448". CAMA, CAMB, CCWA, CCWB, CGKA, CGKB: Exhaust gas temperature sensor 3 "G495".
6. Exhaust gas pressure sensor 1 "G450": lubricate with heat-resistant paste; 45 Nm.
7. Bolt.
8. Pressure line of the exhaust gas pressure sensor 1 "G450": install in the particulate filter, secure in the bracket and tighten the bolts; 45 Nm.
9. Exhaust gas temperature sensor. CAPA: Exhaust gas temperature sensor 3 "G496". CAMA, CAMB, CCWA, CCWB, CGKA, CGKB: Exhaust gas temperature sensor 4 "G648"; lubricate with heat-resistant paste; 45 Nm.
Cars with SCR catalyst
1. Nut: push it in until it stops.
2. NOx sensor 2 control unit -J881 - with NOx sensor 2 "G687".
3. Main muffler.
4. SCR catalyst.
5. Intake pipe.
6. Diesel particulate filter.
7. Exhaust gas temperature sensor 3 "G495".
8. Lambda probe "G39" with lambda probe heating element "Z19".
9. NOx sensor control unit "J583" with NOx sensor "G295".
10. Nut: push it in until it stops.
11. Pressure line of the exhaust gas pressure sensor 1 "G450": install in the particulate filter, secure in the bracket and tighten the bolts; 45 Nm.
12. Bolt.
13. Exhaust gas pressure sensor 1 "G450": lubricate with heat-resistant paste.
14. Exhaust gas temperature sensor 4 "G648": lubricate with heat-resistant paste; 45 Nm.
15. Turbocharger.
16. Exhaust gas temperature sensor 1 "G235": lubricate with heat-resistant paste; 45 Nm.
