The driver information system provides the following information: radio station or CD; time and date; warning of an open door, engine compartment lid or trunk lid; maintenance frequency; control lights and driver instructions; speed alarm system; total and daily mileage; switchable gears with manual transmission; automatic transmission shift lever positions; auxiliary high beam switch; outside temperature: at temperatures below +4°C, a snowflake symbol appears to the left of the temperature display. By pressing the RESET button you can activate the following functions: digital speedometer; tire pressure monitoring system; the path to the destination in the navigation system; speed control system; on-board computer; "adaptive cruise control". For some vehicle models, the driver information system images on the instrument panel may differ from those shown here. Units of measurement, such as temperature or speed, can be changed in the radio or MMI. When the car is stationary or moving at very low speeds, the displayed outside temperature may be slightly higher than the actual temperature due to heat radiated by the engine.
