Generator without sliding bushings



1. Bolts: 23 Nm.

2. Generator.
3. Electrical plug connection.
4. Terminal 30/AKB+.
5. Plug.
6. Nut: 16 Nm.


Removal and installation the alternator - vehicles with 1.8L and 2.0L TFSI engines



Disconnect the ground wire from the battery with the ignition off. Remove the poly V-belt.

Unscrew the screws at the top and bottom of the "arrow" and tilt the generator forward.

Disconnect plug connection "1". Unscrew terminal 30/V+ "pos. 2". Remove the generator.

Installation



Installation in reverse order. Place the poly V-belt in the correct order on the pulleys.

6. Air conditioning compressor, installations.
