Removal
1. Raise the parking brake lever.
2. First option: Remove the safety pin (2) (arrow A in the accompanying illustration) and remove the handle cover (1) in the direction of the arrow (B).
3. Second option: Press the spring down with a screwdriver and detach it from the hook. At the same time, pull hard and remove the handle trim (1) in the direction of the arrow (B).
4. Remove the brake handle trim (1).
5. Lift the parking brake handle up, unscrew the 2 screws (3) and remove the holder (2).
Installation
1. Place the cover on the parking brake handle and press the locking pin into the cover.
2. Lift the parking brake lever up, place the holder on the lever and screw in the 2 screws.
3. Release the parking brake lever completely.
4. Tighten the screws to torque 4 Nm and insert the trim (1) from behind into the opening (4).
5. Press the lever trim.
