Order of execution
1. Remove the V-belt or V-ribbed belt, see section Generator.
2. Depress the hydraulic oil supply and return hose and remove (as an option, you can plug it with a cork).
3. Unscrew the hoses, cover them with lint-free cloths.
4. Four-cylinder engine: Loosen the nuts at the front on the pump.
5. Remove the pump.
6. Six-cylinder engine: Remove the engine cover.
7. Loosen the fixing bolts of the servo pump pulley. Hold the belt pulley with a strap wrench.
8. Disconnect the spark plug connectors, unscrew the ignition coil module together with the bracket; remove all parts together.
9. Unscrew the pump together with the bracket.
10. For everyone: if possible, leave the hydraulic hoses connected, and stow the pump with hoses in the engine compartment (It won't work with a 6 cylinder engine).
11. If the hoses are removed, then this must be done before dismantling the pump.
12. Keep absolute cleanliness!
13. When installing, use new gaskets. Tighten hollow bolts to 50 Nm.
14. Fill fluid into the servo control system and pump it.
