Execution order
1. Remove the V-belt or V-ribbed belt, see section Generator.
2. Press the hydraulic oil supply and return hose and remove (alternatively, you can plug it with a cork).
3. Unscrew the hoses and cover them with lint-free rags.
4. Four cylinder engine: Loosen the nuts at the front of the pump.
5. Remove the pump.
6. Six-cylinder engine: Remove the engine cover.
7. Loosen the servo pump belt pulley mounting bolts while holding the belt pulley with a band wrench.
8. Disconnect the spark plug connectors, unscrew the ignition coil module together with the bracket; remove all parts together.
9. Unscrew the pump together with the bracket.
10. For everyone: If possible, leave the hydraulic hoses connected and store the pump and hoses in the engine compartment (with a 6-cylinder engine this won't work).
11. If the hoses are removed, this must be done before dismantling the pump.
12. Maintain absolute cleanliness!
13. Use new gaskets during installation. Tighten the hollow bolts to 50 Nm.
14. Fill the servo control system with fluid and bleed it.
