1. Purchase new self-locking nuts and a new ball joint clamp bolt.
2. Place the front of the car on the jacks, ensuring its even position. Otherwise, the anti-roll bar will be tensioned.
3. Align the clamping bolt of the ball joint to which the lower transverse arms are attached.
4. Disconnect the ball joint from the steering knuckle using a pry bar. Thus, the lower wishbones will be disconnected from the suspension strut (see illustration 3.10).
5. Mark the mounting position of the ball joint on the lower transverse arm.
6. Turn away nuts of fastening of a spherical support on the lower cross-section lever (see illustration 3.10).
7. Remove the ball joint.
When installing a new support, be guided by the marks applied before removal. In this case, the collapse and convergence of the wheels will be almost not violated.
8. Don't forget to install a washer under the ball joint nuts.
9. Carry out a camber and toe-in test at a workshop.
