Engine mudguard
The engine mudguard ensures good streamlining of the body and acts as a noise insulator. When performing many works on the engine, the mudguard must be removed.
1. Place the front of the vehicle on jack stands.
2. Unscrew two plastic nuts in the wheel wells on the left and right sides. Some models may have one nut and a retainer.
3. Rotate the three mudguard quick release fasteners at the rear of the mudguard by 90 degrees.
4. Remove the front part of the mudguard from the clips that secure it to the front bumper.
5. Press the mudguard on the left and right sides to remove it from the studs in the wheel arches and move it back.
When installing the mudguard, first secure it to the front bumper, and then put its side parts on the studs in the wheel wells. It is recommended that two people do the removal and installation of the mudguard.
Radiator grille
6. Open the hood.
7. Unscrew the three hex bolts on the lower rear side of the radiator grille. You do not need to remove the grille mounting corners to the body (see illustration).

8. Tilt the grille forward and remove it.
9. Secure the top of the grille with the retaining clips when installing it in place, then align the bottom of the grille with the mounting bolt holes and tighten the bolts. The tightening torque for the bolts is low - 6 Nm.
There is a narrow decorative trim under the headlights. To remove it, you need to lift the hood and unscrew the Phillips-head screw from the radiator grille side. The outer end of the trim is secured with a stop that comes out of engagement if the trim is moved forward and to the side (see illustration 3.0).
