1. To remove the radiator grille, loosen the fasteners (arrows).

Radiator grille: size a = 1.5±0.5 mm; size b=0.7±0.5 mm

2. Fold back the grill at the top and remove it at the bottom.

3. When installing the grill, apply lubricant to the polyurethane seal. Place the grill on the bottom (pay attention to the centering!) and turn it in the direction of the arrow.

4. Pay attention to ensuring the installation dimensions. When fixing the grille, a distinct click should be heard.

5. To remove the fishing hook, unscrew the hex nuts and remove the hook.

6. When installing the hook, tighten the nuts to a torque of 11 Nm.

7. If you want to remove the lower part of the hood latch 1, unhook the Bowden cable for unlocking and locking the hood. Then unscrew the four screws 2 and take out the lower part of the latch.

8. To adjust the hood, it is necessary to move the lower part of the latch up or down.

9. When the hood is closed, the stop should be slightly adjacent to the inner sheet.

10. When adjusting the headlight position, the stop is positioned only for fine adjustment. Tightening torque: 15 Nm.
