Keihin-I carburetor
Connect a vacuum gauge and a vacuum pump to the opening diaphragm, as in the previous paragraph.
Create a pressure of 400 mbar. In this case, the drive rod must pull the choke lever in the direction "Air damper open".
Close the nozzle so that low pressure is maintained in the opening diaphragm.
The pressure must not change within 2 minutes, otherwise replace the vacuum device.
Carburetor Keihin II
Remove carburetor.
Unscrew the throttle control device or vacuum regulator of the 2nd chamber with three bolts.
Remove the air damper opening device.
Push the drive rod into the diaphragm as far as it will go.
Plug the air hole 1 tightly with your thumb and release the connecting rod.
With a closed hole, it should not be pushed out, otherwise replace the opening device.
Install carburetor.
