1 - adjustable window lift stop
B - area of contact between glass and inner sealing lip
Attention: Adjust the glass with the door closed.
The figure shows section A-A from Fig. 57-292.
Raise the glass.
Adjust the upper edge of the window regulator so that the inner sealing lip "2" fits tightly against the upper edge "3" of the glass over the entire area "B" (fig. 57-292); a = no more than 0.5 mm.
Note: Do not set the glass too high when adjusting, otherwise increased force will be required when closing. The seal deflection should be maintained at no more than 0.5 mm, otherwise the seal will not be sealed.
