Removal
Remove the inner door trim.
Pull the rod out of the opening lever.
Disconnect the door opening unit cable. To do this, unclip the cable and unscrew it from the bracket. Pull the cable, insert a screwdriver into the hole "5", thereby blocking the lock. Then disconnect the cable from the lock.
Remove 2 Allen bolts SW6.
Release the lock from the blocker "2" and remove.
If necessary, remove the door lock trim from the door frame. To do this, lift the trim with a screwdriver above the studs
Installation
Insert the lock with gasket "3" into the blocker and secure with a force of 16 Nm.
Move lever "4" in the direction of the arrow and lock it with a screwdriver through hole "5".
Connect the cable to the lock, screw on the bracket and secure the cable to the door.
Insert the rod into the lock opening lever.
If removed, put on the lock trim.
Attention: If it is necessary to adjust the opening handle, disconnect the rod from the plastic clamp. Check whether the rod "3" is correctly connected to the hinge sleeve "2". Insert the latch "4" into the lock opening lever. Then fix the rod with the latch without play, without pulling the lock opening lever: the maximum permissible play is 1 mm. If necessary, move the sleeve upwards.
Install the door trim.
