Removal
Remove the door trim.
Raise the door glass fully.
Disconnect the central lock electrical connector on the door lock. Disconnect the operating rod 8 (fig. 12.46). If the same lock is being installed, disconnect the operating rod on the clamp of the rotary lever 3 (fig. 12.46). If the lock is being replaced, disconnect the working rod on the sliding sleeve 10 (fig. 12.46).

Remove the door handle before removing.

6 - bolt M8, 20 Nm,
7 - locking pin,
Only after installing the door lock and working rod 8, remove the locking pin.

10 - sliding sleeve
To lock the working rod 8, move the sleeve 10 upward.
Remove the socket head bolt 6 (fig. 12.46) and get the door lock from below between the door frame and the door.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
