Removal
Roll down the glass 6 (fig. 12.37) down to the stop.
Remove the door trim.
Remove door frame 1 (fig. 12.37). Mark the glass position lengthwise on both support elements with a felt-tip pen 3 (fig. 12.37).
Remove bolts 4 (fig. 12.37). Pull the glass upwards from the supporting elements.
Installation
Insert the glass into the support elements 3 (fig. 12.37).
When installing previously removed glass, position the glass according to the previously applied marks.
When installing a new window, insert the door window into the guides and lower it all the way down, towards the B-pillar. Raise the window using the window lifter without bolts 4 (fig. 12.37) all the way up and then close the support elements.
Screw in the bolts 4 (fig. 12.37) and tighten to a torque of 4.5 Nm.
Install the door frame.
Install the door trim.
