Attention. First you need to adjust the back door.
Remove bolts 2 (pic. 12.32) front door latch 1.
Adjust the position of the door in the longitudinal direction. To do this, loosen the hinge bolts, arrow A (pic. 12.33) on the front pillar 3 to such an extent that the door 2 with hinges can move freely in the elongated holes.
Adjust the position of the door in accordance with the dimensions shown in fig. 12.34 and tighten the hinge bolts.
Adjustment of the door in the transverse direction. To do this, loosen the hinge bolts - arrow B (pic. 33) so that the door 2 with hinges 1 can move freely in the elongated holes. Adjust the position of the door so that the door fits snugly against the surrounding parts of the body. This applies primarily to the front. At the rear, the door is adjusted using the front door lock latch. Tighten the bolts to 30 Nm.
Open the door and install the front door latch. Fasten the bolts, do not tighten them. The front door latch should move. Install the front door latch so that the door opens as easily as possible.
Close the door carefully and slide it until it rests snugly on the adjacent parts of the body.
Carefully open the door and tighten the front door lock bolts to 20 Nm.
Adjustment of the front door latch should be towards the middle of the vehicle, but not in height.
