Removing the oil pump
The oil pump can be removed directly on the vehicle.
Drain the oil from the engine crankcase.
Remove oil sump.
Loosen the bolts securing the oil pump to the cylinder block.
Remove oil pump.
Oil pump installation
Install the oil pump on the cylinder block so that the drive lug is correctly engaged with the drive shaft.
Tighten the oil pump-to-cylinder block bolts.
Fill the lubrication system with engine oil.
Lubrication system details: 1 - a bolt of fastening of a pulley of an intermediate shaft; 2 - segment key of the pulley; 3 - washer of the pulley mounting bolt; 4 - gear pulley drive intermediate shaft; 5 - stuffing box; 6 - a bolt of fastening of the holder of an epiploon; 7 - holder of the intermediate shaft seal; 8 - sealing ring; 9 - intermediate shaft; 10 - oil filter bracket gasket; 11 - oil dipstick; 12 - oil dipstick seal; 13 - oil filter bracket; 14 - oil filter valve spring; 15 - oil filter; 16 - a bolt of fastening of an arm of the oil filter; 17 - oil pump; 18 - a long bolt of the oil pump; 19 - oil pump bolt; 20 - oil receiver mesh holder; 21 - oil receiver grid; 22 - oil receiver; 23 - pressure reducing valve; 24 - pressure reducing valve spring; 25 - stopper of the reducing valve; 26 - driven gear; 27 - drive gear with drive shaft; 28 - oil pump housing; 29 - oil pump shaft seal.
