7.0b. Fastening the subframe and rear suspension parts:

7.0b. Fastening the subframe and rear suspension parts:
1 - upper wishbone
2 - anti-roll bar. Removed together with the struts
3 - stabilizer bar mounting bracket
4 - washer
5 - hexagonal nut of the bolt securing the stabilizer bar to the strut. Tightening torque 70 Nm
6 - hexagonal head bolt for fastening the stabilizer bar to the strut
7 - hexagon head bolt of the stabilizer bar mounting bracket. Tightening torque 25 Nm
8 - hexagonal head bolt for mounting the stabilizer bar. Tightening torque 70 Nm
9 - crossbar stabilizer bar
10 - Hexagon-head bolt for fastening the subframe to the body. Tightening torque 115 Nm + 90° turn. To be replaced after each dismantling. The subframe fastening bolts can only be unscrewed after dismantling the shock absorber struts. A one-time repair of the thread under the bolt in the body can be performed using the appropriate bushing (Helicoil)
11 - Hexagon head bolt for fastening the upper arm. Tightening torque 85 Nm + 90° turn. To be replaced after each dismantling
12 - transverse thrust
13 - traction shield, protecting against stone impacts
14 - lower trapezoidal lever
15 - Hexagon-head bolt for fastening the subframe to the body.
16 - subframe
17 - hexagonal nut for fastening the lower arm. Tightening torque 95 Nm. To be replaced after each dismantling
18 - adjusting washer for 36 mm key
19 - silent block of the crossmember for mounting the rear main gear
20 - washer
21 - Hex Nut
22 - rear main gear crossmember
23 - hexagon head bolt for fastening the rear final drive crossmember. Tightening torque 55 Nm
24 - eccentric bolt for mounting the lower arm
25 - clearance sensor mounting bolt. Tightening torque 10 Nm
26 - Holder mounting bolts. Tightening torque 5 Nm
27 - hexagonal head bolt for fastening the lower arm and transverse tie rod. Tightening torque 85 Nm + 90° turn. The same bolt is used to fasten the holder 28. The bolt must be replaced after each dismantling
28 - holder
29 - ground clearance sensor. When removing and installing the sensor or disconnecting its lever, it is necessary to check the angle of the headlights and program the operating position of the suspension
