9. Air duct hose: going to the turbocharger; before installation, clean from oil and grease.
10/11. Hose clamp.
12. Air duct hose: to the intake manifold; before installation, clean from oil and grease.
13. Hose clamp.
14. Not installed.
15. Left air duct.
16. Sealing ring: replace.
17. Bolt: 5 Nm.
18. Boost pressure sensor "G31"/intake air temperature sensor "G42".
19. Bushing.
20. Nut: 9 Nm.
21. Rubber tip.
22. Hose clamp.
23. Air duct hose: from intercooler; before installation, clean from oil and grease.
24. Hose clamp.
25. Bolt: 7 Nm.
Connect the air duct hose using threaded clamps
Tightening torque for
1. Hose clamp width "a" = 13 mm: 5.5 Nm.
2. Hose clamp width "b" = 9 mm: 3.4 Nm.
