Clamp hydraulic lines "5" and "6" with hose clamps up to 25 mm in diameter "3094". Remove clamps "3" and "4". Disconnect hydraulic lines "5" and "6" from the hydraulic fluid cooler.
Unlock the locking tabs "3", slightly tilt the upper part of the hydraulic fluid cooler "1" forward and remove it from the brackets "2" on the climate control condenser, installing it in an upward direction.
Installation
Installation in reverse order. The "2" markings on the hose lines must face up toward the 12 o'clock position. When installing hose lines "1," hold the "4" tubes from turning. Fill with hydraulic oil. Clean oily surfaces. Remove air from the steering wheel. Check the slave level. liquids in hydr. syst.. Check the tightness of all open connections of the lines. Install the front radiator frame trim. Secure all hose connections using clamps corresponding to the standard equipment.
