After a long period of inactivity or after replacing the pump, the central shut-off device becomes ready for operation only after several activations.
During normal operation, all locks are locked in about 2 seconds. If the locking time is more than 5-7 seconds, the cause is a leak. If the leak is broken, the control unit switches off the pump no later than 35 seconds later to avoid overheating.
For the central locking device to work properly, the battery must be charged and fuse #19 must be OK. If necessary, check the voltage supply of the injection pump according to the diagram.
If the system is not hermetically sealed, disconnect the hoses from the pump on the branch in sequence. Leave the pump running, holding the corresponding connector on the branch to determine the leaky place. Replace the leaky switching element or hose.
