The central locking device after a long stop or after replacing the pump becomes ready for operation only after several switching on.
During normal operation, all locks are locked in approximately 2 seconds. With a locking time of more than 5-7 seconds, the cause is a violation of tightness. In the event of a leak, the control unit switches off the pump no later than 35 seconds to prevent overheating.
For the central locking device to work properly, the battery must be charged and fuse number 19 is in order. If necessary, check the voltage supply of the charge pump according to the diagram.
If the system is leaking, disconnect the hoses sequentially from the pump at the branch. Leave the pump running while holding the appropriate connector on the splitter to determine the leak. Replace leaking switching element or hose.
